Isn't this sweet? Her outfit says actress, but her expression says innocent. I love the overall effect. Use this to create  your craft projects, or dress up your website. Enjoy! - Judy

Vintage Graphic - 1897 Japanese Beauty

This was originally a watercolor print, which unfortunately was converted to black & white when published in a book in 1897. 116 years later, I found it, and played with it: here is the result. I hope you like it! - Judy

Vintage illustration - Lady Joker - Jester

Here is  wonderful, whimsical drawing of a lady in a jester, or joker, costume. She seems to be amused over the list she is writing, as she tickles her chin with a feather pen, or quill. Enjoy! - Judy

Vintage Graphic: Breakfast Cocoa

Almost as good as having the tin in your hands, is having a print of the original ad. From a century ago, here is a vivid advertisement for breakfast cocoa. I wonder how that would have differed from lunch cocoa, or dinner cocoa? Enjoy - Judy

Vintage Graphic: 1909 Cocoa Advertisement

Here's a wonderful century-old ad for cocoa. I've included the untouched original, plus the "belle chocolatier" with her tray of hot chocolate. They just don't make them like this anymore; that's why I spend so much time happily digging through old books, Enjoy using this in your crafting! - Judy

Vintage Oriental Graphic: Beautiful Geisha #1

I have discovered a set of prints of lovely geishas - - -this one is wearing a richly-colored kimono, and holding a flute. As with all the graphics I offer here, they are copyright-free. I will bring you the others as I finish them; each one takes meticulous work to separate it from its background, then isolate the segments to tint them. I hope you like the results.

New Vintage Image: Silhouette Lady

My first vintage silhouette! I was quite excited to find it, and hope to discover more in my treasure hunts. If the cigarette in the image offends, it can be easily removed in your graphics editing program. I can just see it as a playing card back, or a framed print. Use your imagination and have fun! - Judy

Early 1900's Glamour Girl

From an early 1900's book entitled: "Woman as Decoration," this whimsical image is a delightful addition to any graphics collection! The glamorous lady has a coy expression that begs for a caption. What do you think? Enjoy - Judy
