Vintage Graphics: Fun Frogs

leap frog, anyone? Here are three fun frogs, doing what frogs do best . . . Jumping! These were b/w line art in an old book, and I've included soilid color and blended color versions of each.

Vintage Graphics: 3 Coats of Arms

Here are three more coast of arms from the same book as the full color one I posted yesterday. Since these are black & white, they could be printed for coloring, or used as is. I especially like the one with the squirrels; they have such long ears! - Judy

 

Steampunk Fun: Gearhead!

Now this one was really fun! I found a diagram of a man's scalp in an old medical book, opened his head, and inserted gears. And I love the results. When this guy thinks, you really CAN hear the wheels turning! Have fun with it! - Judy

Amusing Vintage Graphic: Gentleman on Bicycle

This is an unusual image. The bicycle has no pedals, and the gentleman must "walk" the vehicle! I suppose the advantage would have been that he could coast on a downgrade, but what about stopping?! Jump off??!! Anyway, it will be fun  to think up ways to use this interesting graphic.

1900 Swedish Photo: Child Playing Dress up

Here's a sweet little child playing grownup. I found this gem in a Swedish sunday school book from the early 1900's. The first image is the original, and the second, I enlarged, cleaned and tinted.
